FAQs
Applications
-
By completing a waitlist application, you ensure we can match you with available units when vacancies arise in your preferred buildings. Due to the high volume of applications for our properties, going to the waitlist is how we contact potential applicants when a home becomes available.
-
Applications are managed on a property-by-property basis. When applications are open, you'll find application details, eligibility requirements and deadlines on the property's page. Some properties may accept applications through a fixed application period, while others may maintain an ongoing waitlist.
-
Once we have reviewed your waitlist application, we will contact you when a suitable unit is available. You may be asked to provide additional income documents to confirm your eligibility for the building.
Most applications require government-issued identification, proof of income and information about all household members who will be living in the home. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the property, unit or housing program.
-
Applications are reviewed based on the eligibility requirements for each property. Depending on the housing program or unit, factors such as household size, income eligibility, accessibility needs and priority populations may be considered. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee a housing offer.
